Below are several suggested floor plans to use for your event. All utilize furniture available with your basic rent. Some people prefer to rent all round tables. And some people prefer to rent wooden or white chairs. Ours are brown metal, padded seat and back and are comfortable. You should be able to hover your cursor over the room plan picture, copy and/or directly print any picture. The rectangular tables seat best at the sides only, seating 6 at the 6' tables and 8 at the 8' tables. Ganged you can squeeze in one more per row.

Dinner party set up for 74 seated - This is the maximum seated for dinner that works in the room.
Any more and the room is too crowded for socializing.  We have 78 chairs.

The above layout uses five 6' tables, four 8' tables (chairs at sides only) and two round tables. There are seatings for 62 regular guests and 12 honored guests/hosts at the round tables. For less people, remove the table closest to the bar and/or one round table or see other layouts.

The cake is put on the credenza, food disbursed from the kitchen counter. Entry desk is moved to wall for sign-in. Wedding takes place in front of the fireplace, later dancing area. Chairs are set up diagonal to fireplace, then moved to tables after wedding is over. Round tables are set up after wedding as well. Most can sit during wedding. This plan is not as smooth for traffic from entrance, but offers an attractive place to hold the wedding in the room.

Family Dinner for 32

Sample room plan for total of 32 seated. Utilizes two 6' tables and four 8' tables, set up as one large table with plenty of room for centerpieces and serving dishes on the table. The chair setup at the fireplace remains in the room to create more ambiance. Small children can adjourn to the back room to play later. Food is placed on round tables for easy self-service. This could be done with family help only.

Larger Family Dinner

Sample room plan for total of 42 seated. Utilizes six 6' tables and four 8' tables, set up as one large T-shaped table with plenty of room for centerpieces and serving dishes on the table. The chair setup at the fireplace remains in the room to create more ambiance. Small children can adjourn to the back room to play later. Food would best be served from the kitchen counter on plates and left over for seconds placed on the kitchen counter. One or two hired helpers would be best for serving and cleanup.
