MWPCA
Sewer Committee
In 2006
the MWPCA approved $5000 from the designated funds contributed
by our members for a sewer feasibility study of the different
areas in the neighborhood to determine which existing sanitation
systems are available to connect to our particular lots and provide
a conceptional cost analysis.
Our neighborhood
encompasses six distinctively different geographic areas and there
are two possible Sanitary Districts to connect to. Go
here to find which area your
property is located in. The next steps are outlined in
the meeting wrap-up. The study,
which you should be able to print out easily, has been prepared
by Dietrich Stroeh, well known Marin County engineer, of CSW/Stuber
Stroeh, who has consulted with the MWPCA Sewer Committee for several
years. The MWPCA has appointed long time board member Lynn Hindley
to chair the sewer committee for 2007.
It would
be costly for us to produce and mail out 420 copies of the study
and the meeting report of
the study, however if anyone does not have access and specifically
requests a copy we will make one.
