Scenes from The Enforcer, staring Clint Eastwood
In 1976, Warner Brothers
paid the Muir Woods Park Improvement Association
the then HUGE sum of $500 to rent the property to film the opening scenes
of the
latest Dirty Harry movie, The Enforcer. Two P G & E guys make
the fatal mistake of
giving an evil hitchhiker a ride "up to Mill Valley" and end
up at the Clubhouse.
