The
fully equipped kitchen has a commercial cooktop -
including a 30,000 BTU burner, two wide ovens, microwave,
refrigerator and a commercial dishwasher (with ample
racks) that cleans dishes in two minutes.
Included
with the basic rent are use of the building - main
and back room, kitchen, restrooms, outdoor patio,
upper and lower parking areas, and the following items:

There
is a working fireplace. One restroom is ADA compliant
for anyone's use. You may bring in additional routine
party items such as outdoor heaters, small indoor
children's jumpers and wedding decorations. Large
tents and unusual party items must be specifically
permitted in your contract.

The
dishes are plain white restaurant china with rims, made by Royal
Doulton. There are dinner, salad, and desert plates, wine, pilsner,
and water glasses, cups, bowls, and saucers. There is new, heavy,
fine quality stainless flatware which includes double salad
forks and teaspoons ( to use for desert ). We do not have
champagne glasses at the present time. |
