Room Sizes: 900 square-foot main assembly room and 300 square-foot staging / prep room.
Main room has a working wood-burning fireplace.
Kitchen Facilities: Fully-equipped commercial kitchen, including two sinks, commercial fast wash-cycle dishwasher,
30,000 BTU commercial stove with two ovens, work island, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer.
Outside Areas: Primary outdoor assembly area is on east side of clubhouse with views looking east & south.
A smaller outdoor venue is located on the west side of the clubhouse with views looking south.
A small fenced children's play area with play-equipment is on-site.
Tables: 8 folding tables: 4 that are 6 feet long and 4 that are 8 feet long.
Chairs: 75 folding chairs
Dishes / flatware: Service for 75
Restrooms: 1 of the 2 restrooms is wheelchair-accessible
Music: Small, hard-wired CD system w speakers
A/V Equipment: Bring own
Dance Floor: Yes (main room has linoleum tile flooring)
Cleanup: Renter is responsible for general cleanup although there is a $150 cleaning fee for
mopping, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen to have facility in market-ready condition.
Views: Panoramic views including East Bay, Sausalito, San Francisco to the Pacific Ocean,
looking over Muir Woods
Occupancy: Maximum 75 people
Garbage Service: None - renter hauls out their own garbage & recyclables
Renters may bring in such routine party items as outdoor heaters, small, indoor children's jumpers and wedding decorations. Large tents and unusual party items must be specifically approved and noted in the rental contract.
